932X electric water heating system / 9400 Steam Water Heater

Model 932X Tankless Heater Solution, an electric water heating system designed to eliminate the need for large water storage tanks, as well as the continuous energy demand to maintain them at higher temperatures. This instantaneous eyewash water heater will provide safety showers and eyewashes with an unlimited supply of tepid water with flow rates up to 30 gpm, eliminating the "recovery time" needed to reheat large storage tanks after use.

Model 9400 is a steam water heater and thermostatic mixing valve that mixes hot and cold water to supply tempered water to emergency shower and eyewash fixtures requiring flow up to 25 gpm (95 L). Unit employs a paraffin filled thermostatic mixing element. Lowest internal pressure drop where supply pressure is low, and a high Cold Water Bypass flow rate of 24 gpm (91 L). And the 9400LPS Steam Water Heater replaces hot water tanks when pressurized steam is available. When an emergency shower or eyewash is activated, the flow of water opens a steam control valve. The steam enters a brazed plate heat exchanger, instantly heating the water. This mixing valve blends hot and cold water to produce an output of 80° F (27° C) tepid water. Additional valves keep the system preheated, freeze protected and scald protected. The steam valve will remain closed should there be a loss of water pressure. This station complies with the ANSI Z358.1 standard

Model TWBS.EW.H on-demand, prepackaged, fully engineered and tested tempering system to provide tempered water instantaneously. System is designed to increase cold water temperature by a minimum of 34° F (19° C) at 4 gpm (15.1 L) flow and 68° F (38° C) at 2.0 gpm (7.5 L); thus it is suitable for single eyewash application. Outlet water temperature is factory set at 80° F (26° C). System consists of a UL listed 20 KW electrical instantaneous water heater, a hot shutoff valve, a bypass valve, an in-line 50 x 50 mesh filter, and an outlet temperature gauge. Requires 45 - 90 psi (3 - 6 ATM) flowing pressure. Inlet and Outlet: 1/2" IPS. Electrical Supply: 480 VAC, 3-phase, 3 wire and ground. 24 Amp per Phase. FOR INDOOR USE ONLY.
