Structure

• Constructed with 1-1/4" diameter 304 stainless steel piping, paired with a 22.9 cm diameter stainless steel base and a 27.9 cm diameter stainless steel basin, providing excellent protection in highly corrosive environments.

Valve

• The 316 stainless steel ball valve ensures exceptional corrosion and abrasion resistance. The eyewash valve is activated by gently pressing the stainless steel flag-style push plate.

Filter

• A filter is installed at the eyewash basin's water inlet, featuring a 50-mesh stainless steel filter screen to remove impurities from the water flow, thereby reducing the risk of secondary injury to users.

Safety

• Equipped with a 20.3 x 27.3 cm universally recognized emergency sign for easy identification in emergencies. A weekly inspection record card ensures the equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.

Eyewash/Face Wash Head

• Features a patented AXION® MSR stainless steel eyewash/face wash head, designed with an "inside-out" flushing action to remove contaminants from the eyes and nasal passages, helping to minimize secondary injury.

Application
In highly corrosive environments where personnel may come into contact with hazardous or corrosive substances, suitable emergency eyewash and face wash equipment must be provided in the workplace.
