Specifications and Performance
Structure
- 1-1/4" diameter 304 stainless steel piping, paired with a 22.9 cm diameter stainless steel base and a 27.9 cm diameter stainless steel basin, ensures long-lasting, reliable performance.
- Quality Control
- Fully assembled prior to shipment and subjected to complete hydrostatic testing to ensure proper functionality and leak-free performance.
- Valve
- 316 stainless steel ball valve offers superior corrosion and wear resistance. The eyewash valve is opened by gently pressing the stainless steel flag-style push plate, while the shower valve is activated by pulling the stainless steel triangular pull rod.
- Temperature Control
- A self-regulating heating cable provides freeze protection for the eyewash system's piping. The outer layer is equipped with a 25mm thick insulation and green UV-resistant plastic housing to further protect the pipes against freezing, with a minimum temperature rating down to -34.4°C.
- Shower Head
- Features a patented AXION® MSR stainless steel shower head, ensuring even distribution of water flow.
- Eyewash/Face Wash Head
- Equipped with a patented AXION® MSR stainless steel eyewash/face wash head, utilizing an "inside-out" flushing mode to remove contaminants from the eyes and nasal passages, thereby reducing the risk of secondary injury.
