PYPLOK® Fittings — A Tube-Mac® Innovation

A Weldless & Threadless Connection Solution

PYPLOK® is an advanced pipe and tube connection system that requires no welding or threading. It is spark-free, making it ideal for hazardous environments where fire safety is critical.

Using a portable installation tool, fittings are cold-worked and permanently compressed onto the pipe, creating a reliable, leak-tight connection through controlled deformation.

Superior Sealing Technology

PYPLOK® fittings feature a unique dual O-ring sealing system:

• Inner Main Seal: Provides high-pressure sealing performance
• Outer Environmental Seal: Prevents ingress of contaminants and external fluids

The system incorporates four non-metallic O-rings, allowing excellent adaptability to pipe tolerances and surface conditions while ensuring long-term sealing integrity.

Product Range

Pyplok® fittings are available in sizes ranging from ¼” to 4” NPS and are offered in a full range of standard configurations, including straight connectors, 45° and 90° elbows, adapters, tees, reducers, and flanged ends.

They are manufactured from a wide selection of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, copper nickel (CuNi), and titanium, ensuring suitability for various demanding applications.

Pyplok® fittings can be designed with fully permanent connections or a combination of permanent and separable ends, providing flexibility for different system requirements.

The sealing system features two O-ring seals:

• Inner O-ring (Primary Seal): Ensures high-pressure, leak-tight performance
• Outer O-ring (Environmental Seal): Prevents the ingress of external contaminants between the pipe and the fitting
