Stäubli TDU is a high-flow, non-leak quick connector designed specifically for high heat flux density applications. Featuring a unique ball valve design and patented interlock system, it achieves an excellent flow/pressure drop ratio while ensuring operator and equipment safety, making it an ideal choice for liquid cooling thermal management systems.

  1. Full-flow ball valve structure, extremely low pressure drop
    The straight-through ball valve design eliminates turbulence and achieves full flow of fluid media. The excellent internal structure delivers superior flow and pressure drop performance.
  2. Hermaphroditic symmetrical design, flexible installation
    TDU is a symmetrical coupling without male and female distinction. Both sides are identical in structure, and identical end connections can be used on both sides, facilitating quick replacement and inventory management.
  3. Intuitive and simple operation
    • No need to operate valves in a specific sequence.
    • Self-rotation function at each coupling end prevents hose twisting.
    • The rotating end can be locked using the supplied bolts if needed. In most cases, fixing the rotating end on one side is recommended for easier connection.
  4. Quick, easy, and safe connection
    The locking system does not contact the fluid, allowing connection or disconnection even when one side is under pressure.
  5. Completely safe operation
    The patented design ensures safe use and intuitive operation: the valves open only when both sides are fully connected, and disconnection occurs only when both valves are fully closed.
