Blacfive Series 5-- This valve features a piston design with no dead space at the front end, allowing flush mounting with the container or pipe wall. This design effectively eliminates cross‑contamination and clogging issues that may occur during sampling from pipelines or vessels, ensuring minimal carryover between samples. These valves can be economically installed at the bottom or side wall of containers, as well as on vertical or horizontal pipelines.

Key Features

Low Contamination
The valve design eliminates dead spaces and the risk of clogging, delivering reliable samples with little or no foreflush required. This reduces the need for disposal of waste sample material, contributing to environmental protection.

Reliable Sealing
The unique sealing design ensures that both the primary valve seal and the packing seal are simultaneously compressed when the valve is closed, providing effective leak‑tight sealing that is fully controllable by the operator. All wetted seals are made of virgin PTFE, suitable for operating temperatures up to 200 °C.

Clean Configuration
The outlet channel is designed as a smooth, straight‑through passage with no threads, preventing contamination due to blockages. The outlet remains clean even when a secondary full‑bore valve is installed.

Connection Accessories
A full range of weld‑on connectors (straight and shaped types) is available in stainless steel and carbon steel, accommodating various container or pipe sizes and suitable for installation on all valve models.

Low Maintenance
The seal and packing assembly design ensures that the seals are kept under constant pressure, reducing maintenance work caused by valve leakage. Compared to other designs, seals in this valve series can be easily replaced on‑site without the need for special tools.

Sample Collection
A variety of secondary accessories are available for direct flange connection to the valve outlet, ensuring clean and safe sample collection without the need for additional pipe threading or installation.

Valve Sizes
Four sizes are available, with piston diameters of 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, and 25 mm. Thanks to standardization of key components, all sizes are offered at a comparable price.

Additional Applications
All valves in this series, particularly the 25 mm size, can also serve as bottom discharge valves for small process vessels. The flush‑mount design helps prevent blockage at the vessel bottom. Special connectors are also available for direct flange connection to 1" NB standard piping (in accordance with BS 1560 or ANSI B16.5).
