The 100 Series Inline Breakaway is a large-capacity, high-flow safety breakaway device designed for easy connection. It is ideally suited for CNG systems, including virtual pipeline trailers and bulk storage applications.

· Developed with reference to ANSI/IAS NGV4.4‑1999, but with a stronger focus on CNG transport trailer applications.

· Key improvements include an increased separation force to minimise the risk of false trips in high‑flow conditions, while still remaining below the tensile load safety limits of CNG hose as specified in NGV 4.2.

· The body has been tested to 100,000 pressure cycles.

· After a breakaway event, the unit can be easily reconnected.

· Adaptor fittings are available to convert to other standard thread types; these are supplied pre‑assembled with the breakaway unit.
