Product Properties:

l Inner layer: translucent seamless PTFE corrugated hose

l Middle layer: high temperature and corrosion resistant fiberglass cloth

l Outer layer: high-strength 304SS stainless steel woven mesh

l Working temperature: -54℃ to +260℃

Application:

TapeWrap® is suitable for chemical transfer from pure water to hazardous waste, food processing and various processing applications. This cost-effective hose can replace existing nylon, rubber, metal hose or solid pipes and conduits. It is especially suitable for equipment and environments with frequent thermal cycles, such as rubber factories and injection molding equipment. But it is not recommended for steam/cold water circulation system. TXW resistance R≦1MΩ, suitable for high-flow transmission of high-resistance fluids to prevent the risk of charge accumulation. Not suitable for alkali metals and halogens that melt at high temperatures.
