Application:

Croflex® shallow corrugated PTFE silicone tube is suitable for many fields such as pharmacy, chemical industry, food, cosmetics, semiconductor and new energy. It can transport and pump concentrated acids and alkalis, chemical solvents, pigments, flavors and fragrances and food materials, etc. A variety of chemical substances and clean substances. The outer layer is coated with platinum vulcanized silica gel, which can be used in a clean room environment. Flanging PTFE on the sealing surface of the joint to prevent the risk of corrosion of materials other than PTFE. The middle-layer spiral steel wire is wrapped around the corrugated part of the PTFE hose, which can effectively prevent collapse and enhance the negative pressure resistance under high temperature. RXSL resistance R≦1MΩ is suitable for high-flow transmission of high-resistance fluids to prevent the risk of charge accumulation. The specially designed translucent silicone layer can monitor the condition of the hose. Not suitable for alkali metals and halogens that melt at high temperatures.

Croflex® shallow corrugated PTFE silicone tube meets the requirements of FDA food and USPVI pharmaceutical grade. The outer layer is pharmaceutical grade platinum vulcanized silica gel, which is suitable for clean workshops and the pharmaceutical industry. Shallow ripples have little effect on the flow rate, are easier to drain and clean, and are suitable for the transportation and suction of clean materials. Croflex® hose is resistant to high temperature and strong corrosion. Thickened PTFE brings stronger resistance to permeability and prolongs the working life. PTFE can be flanged on the joint sealing surface to prevent the risk of corrosion of materials other than PTFE. The middle layer of stainless steel braided mesh and spiral steel wire surround the corrugated part of the PTFE hose, which can effectively prevent collapse and enhance the resistance to positive and negative pressure at high temperatures.
